Rates and Terms: $2400 per week
Rate: $2400 per week. If there are fewer than six people in your party, we may be able to offer
a discount. Please enquire.
Please Note: Christmas and New Year's add additional
$200 for each holiday.
We are happy to offer discounts for repeat visits with us, and discounts
for referrals from our guests.
Payment to be made in US dollars, via money order, cashier
or bank check, personal check or cash.
You may also pay via MasterCard or Visa credit cards. You may also
pay via British Pounds or Euros if paying by credit card.
A fully refundable $275 security/damage deposit must
be included with final payment.
Security/damage deposit will be returned to you by our personal
check via US mail approximately 2 weeks after your stay with us. If paying by credit card, security/damage deposit will
be credited to your credit card.
PAYMENT TERMS: 1/2 of rental amount is
due at time of reservation. Your reservation will be confirmed when payment is received. Balance of rental
amount and refundable $275 security/damage deposit is due 45 days prior to your stay.
Cancellation
Policy: If you cancel less than 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will receive the amount paid, less
20%, IF the property is re-rented for the period of time in question.
Cancellations made over 90 days prior
to scheduled arrival will receive a refund, less 10% of full rental amount.
Due to the close proximity
to the ocean and swimming pool, we ask families with small children to take special care and carefully supervise small children.
We do not accept pets.
In order to ensure the comfort of future guests, we
must request that smoking is done outside only.

Arriving by Boat?
We occasionally have guests
that come to the Bahamas by boat. In this case, we may be able to assist you with docking or mooring space. Please
inquire as to availability.
