We really are located at the "water's edge." Just a few steps from the front door and you are at
the calm and clear water. There is a small marina on the property and a dock is also close by. There is a beautiful
and meticulously- maintained swimming pool that is shared with the other homes in this small development.
If you want peace and quiet, look no further. Just sitting at the end of the dock at sunset is worth the price alone.
This property also features a fully stocked "honor bar" located at the poolside cabana, outside
showers and restroom, and a beautiful, quaint white sand beach with palm frond "umbrellas" for when you might need
a break from the sun.
Room Features
This island home features an en-suite master bedroom with queen-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and full bath.
The master suite opens through French doors to the beach-side covered porch. All linens are, of course, provided.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a large closet; a full bathroom is adjacent.
The
third en-suite bedroom has a queen-sized bed, walk-in closet, and its own full bathroom.
The open floor plan features a well-equipped kitchen with a bar area and dining area opening onto the Living Room. Telephone
service is included with unlimited local calling. Other calls may be conveniently made with the purchase of an international
calling card. Calling cards can be easily obtained at many stores on the island.
A television
with Direct TV satellite programming, which includes several premium movie channels including HBO, Showtime, Starz and
Cinemax, VCR player and DVD player are all located in the living room entertainment center.
Wireless internet connection (WiFi) is available at the outdoor Cabana.
